Consumer Do-It-Yourself Guides
Modpilot was created to provide consumers with timely information and knowledge to combat the effects of the current financial crisis-specifically to help consumers learn how to negotiate affordable payments with their creditors. We offered an educational support system for consumers who needed to renegotiate their debts without bankruptcy. Our system was built to give consumers an edge in the negotiation process by giving them written best practices with their specific lender in mind and direct phone or email support from one of our professional instructors who had successfully done what the consumer was attempting for several years.

The ModPilot team had more than 50 years combined experience in the real estate and financial services and our results spoke for themselves. We sold the comfort that the consumer was using all best practices to increase their chances of success. ModPilot closed in 2012, reflecting the upswing in the housing and lending markets. We thank our many satisfied customers for the opportunity to teach them how to succeed.
